The website describes our capabilities and does not itself create a service contract. Specific deliverables, timing, responsibilities and fees are set out in the accepted project agreement.
Scope and approvals
Work follows the agreed scope. Changes, extra revisions or additional services require agreement on any effect on fees and timing. You are responsible for timely, consolidated feedback and approvals.
Fees and third-party costs
A proposal identifies payment stages and included services. Advertising spend, software, hosting, supplier charges, freight, taxes and specialist fees are separate unless expressly included.
Client information and rights
You should provide accurate information and have permission to use the material supplied. Ownership and permitted use of deliverables are defined in the project agreement.
External providers
Manufacturers, carriers, platforms and professional advisers operate under their own terms. We coordinate agreed tasks but do not control every third-party decision or performance outcome.
Results and estimates
Sales, rankings, supplier quality, approval outcomes and transit estimates are not guaranteed unless a specific enforceable commitment is expressly agreed. We explain material assumptions within the project scope.
Cancellations and concerns
Please raise concerns promptly through the Contact page or your project contact. Cancellation, refunds and unfinished work are handled under the accepted agreement and applicable requirements.
